Green-Relief - Controlled Heat Bedbug Eradication
Residential
We at Green-Relief understand the stress and anxiety that's involved with treating an insidious insect, especially one surrounded by so much controversy. Our staff is here to answer your questions and address your concerns about safety, effectiveness and cost . We are not a franchise, we are able to pick and choose the equipment and techniques we find to be most effective. Our treatment methods are constantly up-dated to reflect ongoing research.
Controlled heat actually attracts bedbugs and kills them before they can hide
Our heaters are the only heaters that are designed and UL approved exclusively for attracting and killing bedbugs. They heat the entire structure at the same rate, so the maximum temperature does not need to exceed 135F.  This kills all stages of bedbug life without damaging electrical equipment where bugs are commonly hiding.  Also safe for musical instruments and fine furniture

Minimum preparation required
The more content that is left in place the better the treatment.  This means no bagging, laundering and removing clothes, bedding, electronics or musical instruments.  Items to be removed include wax, gel and liquid items, ammunition, and prescription RX.  People and pets may not remain on site.

Minimum treatment time
Usually the entire treatment can be completed within 6 - 9 hours, many pesticides require 24 hours before re-entry.

Documented proceedures
We use dozens of sensors throughout the structure to monitor the temperature
guaranteeing all bedbug stages are killed
and this information is recorded in a graph for your peace of mind. It also prevents any area from becoming hot enough to cause damage.

Completely non-toxic
More individuals are choosing to reduce their chemical exposure especially households with children, pets or the medically challenged. When the clean choice is also more effective in every way,  then the choice to go green is easier and more logical then ever.

map of united state bed bug infestation including Columbus Ohio and Green-ReliefOhio is one of the most infested regions of north America, with Cincinnati ranking #1 in treatments per capita and Columbus #7 and climbing.  In numerous studies pesticide resistant bedbugs gathered in Ohio  were exposed to a commonly used chemical over a period of 24 hrs with a zero kill rate.

Resistant bedbugs will not return to any sprayed area, and begin a new nesting site further removed from the feeding zone. As a result repeated pesticide treatments drive the insects further and further into the structure, under carpets, into electrical outlets, even into remote controls.
